Jackpot At Sea: Diamond Princess Keeps The Crown As The World’s Luckiest Casino Cruise

Following on from last year's inaugural data study ranking the World’s Luckiest Casino Cruises, Gambling.com, the trusted guide to US online casinos, can exclusively reveal the world’s luckiest cruise - for the second year in a row is the Diamond Princess with an average luck score of 16.8%.

The stunning Diamond Princess, operated by Princess Cruises was launched in 2004 from Nagasaki, Japan, measures at 123 ft and can carry over 2,500 passengers. It has a Las Vegas-style casino offering the latest slot machines, blackjack, Texas hold ’em and prize tournaments.

The Diamond Princess scored a lucky review percentage of 16.8% - enough to defend the title she won in 2025, although her score has eased back slightly from the 17.1% she posted last year. The cruise ship finished 0.8% clear of second place and out of 131 reviews it had 22 being lucky.

At #2 is the Regal Princess, the highest new entry in the study, at 16.0%. Rounding out the Top 3 is Anthem of the Seas (Royal Caribbean International) with 13.5%, drawn from 362 reviews, the second-largest pool on the board.

Whether you are a first-time gambler or a professional, all three vessels will cater to your gambling needs.

Lucky At Sea: Cruise Casinos That Win Big (#4-10)

The Celebrity Infinity (Celebrity Cruises) sits in #4 with a score of 13.0%, making it the highest-placed ship homeported in Europe, just ahead of the Wonder of the Seas (Royal Caribbean International) at #5 (12.3%).

Emerald Princess (Princess Cruises) and the Queen Elizabeth (Cunard Line) finished in #6 and #7 respectively, separated by less than three hundredths of a percentage point, 11.594% against 11.567% and both rounding to 11.6%. The Azura (P&O Cruises) follows at #8 (11.4%).

The lower end of our Top 10 features Oasis of the Seas (Royal Caribbean International) at #9 (9.9%) and the Royal Princess (Princess Cruises) at #10 (9.6%). Both are new entries this year.

Sailing from Valletta, the Azura scored the highest raw number of lucky keyword reviews in this year’s study, with 54. However, due to its high number of Tripadvisor reviews, 472, the largest pool in the study, it sits near the bottom of Gambling.com's Top 10, the home of new US online casinos.

Risers, Fallers And New Arrivals

Eight of the fifteen ships in this year's study are new entries, as the ranking widened to take in more of the largest and newest casino ships afloat. Seven of the ten entries in the 2025 Top 10 return; Big M Gaming, Victory Casino Cruises and Wind Star drop out.

The biggest faller is the Wonder of the Seas, down 3.3 points from 15.6% to 12.3% and from second place to fifth. Moving the other way, the Queen Elizabeth climbed from 10.0% to 11.6% and the Emerald Princess from 10.1% to 11.6%, both improved their scores even though a busier field pushed them down a place or two.

By operator, Princess Cruises has the strongest showing: it has four ships in the study and all four finish inside the Top 10, for a combined 13.1%, though that is a whisker ahead of Celebrity Cruises’ single ship on 13.0%.

Royal Caribbean International has by far the widest presence with seven ships, but its combined score of 9.6% sits below the fleet average, with the Icon of the Seas propping up the table on 5.7%.
