Atlanta Falcons vs. Detroit Lions Week 3 NFL Picks

⭐ Desmond Ridder Under 197.5 Passing Yards (-115) at FanDuel

The Atlanta Falcons are 2-0 and have done so with decent quarterback play from Desmond Ridder. It's been more of a reliable defense and the running game of Tyler Alglgeier and Bijan Robinson that has propelled Atlanta to a good start. Given how he's performed so far, we feel there's value on a Ridder prop.

We like Ridder under 197.5 passing yards (-115) at FanDuel. He had just  115 yards passing on 18 attempts in the Week 1 win over Carolina and completed just 59% of his passes against Green Bay. In six games as a starter, he's thrown under 170 yards in three of those contests.

On the road in what will be a loud stadium in Detroit, we expect Atlanta to lean on its run game instead of letting Ridder air it out. This gives us some value on Ridder's under passing yardage prop.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Desmond Ridder Under 197.5 Passing Yards (-115) at FanDuel

⭐ Falcons vs. Lions NFL Player Prop 2: Jared Goff over 23.5 completions (-115) at FanDuel

Jared Goff has already thrown for 576 yards and four touchdowns. He completed 22 of his 35 passing attempts in Week 1 and went 28-for-35 in Week 2. The Falcons’ passing defense has done a good job thus far, but this will be a different task. The Lions lean on their offensive line to protect Goff who’s going to feed his teammates all day long. Goff over 23.5 completions (-115) at FanDuel is my NFL player prop for this game.

⭐  Cowboys vs. Cardinals NFL Player Prop: CeeDee Lamb Anytime TD Scorer (-125) at FanDuel

CeeDee Lamb has emerged as a key weapon for the Cowboys' high-powered offense. Considering the Cowboys' 7 total touchdowns in just two games and Lamb's individual performances, betting on him to score a touchdown at any time during the game is a value-packed choice. The odds of -125 with FanDuel are enticing, especially when you factor in the Cardinals' defensive woes, which include giving up an average of 251 yards per game.

Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Week 3 NFL Picks

⭐ C.J. Stroud Over 234.5 Passing Yards (-104) at Caesars

We saw what C.J. Stroud is capable of during the 31-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Stroud went off for 383 passing yards, averaging 8.2 yards per completion and threw two touchdowns as he finished with a 103.5 quarterback rating. Based off his early performance, we're going to target Stroud's passing prop.

We like C.J. Stroud over 234.5 passing yards (-104) at Caesars. Stroud has already cleared this number in both games after passing for 242 yards in the 25-9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Houston lost both games by double digits, which allowed Stroud to air it out more as the team attempted a comeback or recorded meaningless yards down the stretch. If Houston struggles early again, we expect Stroud to have ample opportunity to record a high yardage total once again. If a blowout happens, garbage yards are also possible, which would help him clear this prop total.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: C.J. Stroud Over 234.5 Passing Yards (-104) at Caesars

⭐  Steelers vs. Raiders NFL Player Prop: Jimmy Garoppolo Over 229.5 Passing Yards (-110) at FanDuel

Jimmy Garoppolo is gradually settling into the Raiders' offensive scheme, and despite a tough loss to the Bills, he's shown promise. With an average of 192.5 passing yards over the first two games of the season, betting on him to exceed 229.5 passing yards in the upcoming game against the Steelers is a compelling option. The odds of -110 at FanDuel are appealing, particularly when considering the Steelers' status as road underdogs, which could force Garoppolo into a high-volume passing game. Factor in reliable targets like Davante Adams, and this bet offers significant value.

⭐  Eagles vs. Buccaneers NFL Player Prop: Mike Evans over 54.5 receiving yards (-115) at FanDuel

Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans have shown great chemistry through the first two weeks of the new season. I’ve mentioned Evans’ stellar performance in Week 2. We should see more of the same when he takes on the Eagles’ fragile secondary, so give me Mike Evans Over 54.5 receiving yards (-110) at FanDuel. Evans had six catches for 66 yards and a touchdown in Week 1. He sits at +200 to score anytime against the Eagles at bet365.

New Orleans Saints vs. Green Bay Packers Week 3 NFL Picks

Jordan Love Under 209.5 Passing Yards (-117) at Caesars

Through two games, Jordan Love has proven to be a serviceable NFL quarterback. It's his first year as the Green Bay Packers undisputed quarterback, and he's thrown for 396 yards and six touchdowns while having no interceptions in two games. Despite his early success, we're going to target his passing prop.

We like Jordan Love under 209.5 passing yards (-117) at Caesars. The yardage totals haven't been impressive for Love, who has mostly played it safe by throwing short and intermediate routes through two games. He completed 14 of 25 passes for 151 yards against the Atlanta Falcons and will now face a New Orleans defense that's been stingy against the pass this season.

The Saints held Tennessee quarterback Ryan Tannehill to 198 yards and three interceptions and limited Carolina's Bryce Young to 153 yards passing. We're going to follow the trend of New Orleans' strong pass defense and target the under on Love's passing yards.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Jordan Love Under 209.5 Passing Yards (-117) at Caesars

New Orleans Saints vs. Green Bay Packers Week 3 NFL Picks

⭐ Michael Thomas Over 52.5 Receiving Yards (-108) at Caesars

Michael Thomas may not be the same deep threat he once was, but the New Orleans wide receiver continues to show he's a viable offensive target. Thomas recorded seven catches for 55 yards against the Carolina Panthers and also had five catches for 61 yards versus the Tennessee Titans.

We like Michael Thomas Over 52.5 Receiving Yards (-108) at Caesars. He's cleared this number twice and has remained a top target for new quarterback Derek Carr. Thomas was targeted eight times against the Titans and had nine targets in the Carolina game.

Given how many targets Thomas has been receiving, we feel there is value on the over on his receiving yards prop.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Michael Thomas Over 52.5 Receiving Yards (-108) at Caesars

Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks Week 3 NFL Picks

⭐ Kenneth Walker Over 67.5 Rushing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Kenneth Walker has yet to have a strong game like he did during his rookie season in 2022. He managed 64 yards on 12 carries against the Los Angeles Rams but the Seahawks losing big did not lend itself to a focus on the run game, and he managed just 43 yards on 2.5 yards per carry against the Detroit Lions.

We still like Walker over 67.5 rushing yards (-114) at FanDuel. The Panthers' run defense wasn't strong against New Orleans with the team giving up 134 yards rushing and over 4 yards per attempt. Carolina also surrendered 130 yards and 5 yards per carry against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 1.

Considering Carolina's weak run defense, we feel this is a get-right spot for Walker and the Seahawks' run game.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Kenneth Walker Over 67.5 Rushing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks Week 3 NFL Picks

⭐ Andy Dalton Under 215.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Andy Dalton is set to make his first start as a Carolina Panther with the injury to rookie quarterback Bryce Young. Dalton spent last season with the Saints before signing with Carolina in the offseason to give them a veteran presence in Carolina's quarterback room.

Despite his experience, we like Dalton under 215.5 passing yards (-114) at FanDuel. Dalton didn't clear this number in any of his last four games with the Saints and it's a lot to ask of him to have a good outing with a new team on the road with an offense that has scored just 27 points in two games.

Dalton's past his prime and with his best years behind him, we aren't optimistic about his chances to have a good outing on the road.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Andy Dalton Under 215.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel
