Jared Anderson

Before taking a look at the unified heavyweight title bout in Poland, let’s look at the best bets today for the big heavyweight battle in Oklahoma.

This is a fight that should end inside the distance, and our Anderson vs. Rudenko predictions look at how the American will keep up his unbeaten record against the Ukrainian with another vicious knockout.

Anderson vs. Rudenko Best Bet #1: Anderson vs. Rudenko: Anderson to win in round 5 (+600) at DraftKings

Just two weeks out from his 40th birthday, Rudenko has now had 42 fights in professional boxing but suffered four of his total of six losses all in his past seven fights. With his poor recent record in mind and the consideration of his age against a fresh 23-year-old, for us, there is no doubting Anderson’s power, speed and youthful nature will be too much.

Anderson has also won 14 of his 15 fights on his unbeaten record inside the distance, knocking out Kingsley Ibeh in round 6 and Hector Perez in round 5. However, with the experience on his side after a 17-year career, Rudenko should at least get out of the first few rounds before the power and speed of the American begins to be too much for him.

Anderson vs. Rudenko Best Bet #2: Anderson vs. Rudenko: Anderson to win in rounds 1 or 2 (+500) at FanDuel

Although the sportsbooks favor a knockout midway through the fight, considering the huge gap in age and power, and considering Anderson’s incredible résumé, he could get this job done early.

From the 14 knockouts in his career, Anderson has finished 10 of those bouts inside the first two rounds, most recently beating Jerry Forrest with a round 2 TKO at Madison Square Garden back in December.

Rudenko is also known to be a slow starter, having failed to get his feet and job going in his recent losses to Zhang Zhilei and Agit Kabayel. With this in mind, Anderson could come out throwing bombs and put Rudenko away pretty fast, as he aims to make a statement on this massive day of heavyweight battles.

Oleksandr Usyk vs. Daniel Dubois Odds, Form & Best Bets

Daniel Dubois

After a stunning amateur career, Usyk is on his way to becoming one of the all-time greats in boxing after two victories over Joshua and wins over the likes of Derek Chisora and Tony Bellew.

The Ukrainian is without question one of the slickest and smartest boxers in the heavier weight classes. Alongside the skills of Vasily Lomachenko and other notable fighters from Ukraine, Usyk is part of the unique, matrix-like skills coming from that country in the past decade under the guidance of Lomachenko’s father, Anatoly.

At odds of -1000 with BetMGM to win the fight, our Usyk vs. Dubois predictions look at how the stylish 36-year-old could get the job done on points once more, just as he did when he outclassed Joshua twice.

Check out the best bets today for Usyk to retain his titles against Dubois.

Usyk vs. Dubois Best Bet #1: Usyk vs. Dubois: Usyk to win on points (+250) at BetMGM

Since moving up to heavyweight in 2019 to fight Chazz Witherspoon, Usyk has gone on to completely outclass his opponents and win all four of his heavyweight bouts, beating only Witherspoon inside the distance and winning the other three on points.

In late 2020, he would fight with Chisora and win almost every round and earn a unanimous decision victory, as he was simply too fast in his offense and too smart in his defense to avoid getting hit by Chisora's famous right overhand.

However, it’s his two wins over Joshua that make us pick a points win. Usyk completely took over the fight against the 6ft 6in champion, who weighed significantly more and possessed much more power too.

The Ukrainian would get in and out of range throughout the fight with his jabs and one-two combinations and made Joshua look silly with his dazzling footwork. In fact, Joshua got hit 148 times across 12 rounds in their first fight to tally a 28% punch ratio - this is the most punches ever landed on the heavyweight phenom in a fight.

The same story happened in the second fight one year later, and against a similar fighter like Dubois, Uysk is expected to be too fast and too hard to hit for the 26-year-old.

Usyk vs. Dubois Best Bet #2: Usyk vs. Dubois: Uysk to win in rounds 7-12 (+175) at bet365

Despite a pick for a points win, Usyk is favored by the sportsbooks to win inside the distance, as he has done so in 13 of his 20 wins.

Dubois’ only loss in boxing also came inside the distance after Joe Joyce worked away his jab to force Dubois to take a knee and count himself out in the 10th round.

If the young Brit doesn’t change his tactics here and is of the same durability level in this fight, Uysk will once again force the stoppage.
