7. Caesars Sportsbook Colorado

Licensing Partner

Isle Casino Hotel Black Hawk

Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk

Retail LocationKiosks at Grand Z Casino Hotel, Isle Casino Hotel Black Hawk, Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk, Z Casino

Caesars Colorado provides many valuable boosts and bonuses for existing players, but perhaps none better than the Caesars Rewards program. Users earn Tier Credits and Rewards Points, redeemable for discounts, perks at Caesars retail locations, and bonus bets.

Our Expert User Review

Shannon Lane
Shannon Lane

Caesars Sportsbook Colorado delivers tons of markets, frequent odds boosts, strong live betting, and the standout Caesars Rewards program. Its clean (but slightly dated) app, generally middle-of-the-pack odds, limited non-NFL streaming, and occasionally slow customer support mean sharp line-shoppers or heavy live bettors may still pair it with another book. For most Colorado bettors, it’s a very strong, rewards-driven option.

Pros & Cons

Pros
  • Huge variety of betting options, particularly for NFL
  • Easy navigation
  • Fast & easy withdrawals
Cons
  • Site can experience lags
  • Customer support can be slow to respond

8. Sporttrade Colorado

Launch DateAug. 29, 2023
Licensing PartnerEasy Street Casino
Retail LocationN/A

Sporttrade Colorado offers a genuinely different experience from traditional sportsbooks, functioning as a true sports betting exchange where bettors trade positions against one another at transparent, probability-based prices that are often tighter than standard -110 lines.

Our Expert User Review

Shannon Lane
Shannon Lane

The app is fast, intuitive, and highly rated on iOS, with exceptional in-play trading and industry-leading pricing. But, it offers limited sports and bet types, has very few ongoing promos, and provides restricted payment options, making it an innovative, value-driven option best suited for savvy bettors who prioritize market efficiency over bonuses and variety.

Pros & Cons

Pros
  • Tighter lines for some of the best odds in Colorado
  • iOS app works well & is highly rated
  • Helpful customer service
Cons
  • No desktop betting site available
  • Few ongoing promos
  • Limited bet types & markets

How We Rate Colorado Sportsbooks

Examining betting offerings by state is a key part of how we review sports betting sites on Gambling.com.

Our first and foremost criterion is a license to operate from the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission. Without that, we cannot and will not recommend a Colorado sportsbook to our users.

Gambling.com always recommends using licensed operators. For the best possible online sports betting experience, stick with our list of legal and recommended sites, all regulated by the state gaming commission.

We test every legal site across 10 key trust factors, assigning each criterion a score between 1 and 10. We average those grades together to get the overall grade used above.

How to Sign Up for Colorado Sportsbooks

  1. Choose an online sportsbook and click the "Bet Now" button you see above.
  2. Register with your personal information, including your name, address, and Social Security number. They may be asked to provide a driver’s license.
  3. If prompted, be sure to opt in or enter a promo code to take advantage of any sportsbook promos.
  4. Deposit with an approved banking method.
  5. Now, you’re ready to bet on your favorite sports.

Colorado Sports Betting Laws & Legislation

The Colorado Division of Gaming and Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission regulate sports betting in the state.

Land-based casinos can apply for a master license, which allows them to offer sports betting both online and in-person. Every online sportsbook must be tethered to a brick-and-mortar casino with one of these master licenses.

Colorado will institute a 10% tax on operators for their sports gambling profits, which will help fund water management throughout the state. Individuals will face a 4.63% state tax and will owe the IRS a varying amount in federal tax, depending on their tax bracket.

Popular Sports & Teams to Bet on in Colorado

Colorado sports betting allows you to make all the standard wagers you’d find in a sportsbook anywhere. The major exception is for college player props; you cannot place any player prop on an individual college athlete.

Football

  • NFL Teams: Denver Broncos
  • Prominent College Football Teams: Colorado State Rams, Air Force Falcons, Colorado Buffaloes

The Denver Broncos were originally one of the founding members of the American Football League, which merged with the NFL as we know it today.

The team's first two Super Bowl victories came in back-to-back seasons behind Hall of Fame QB John Elway. The most recent was in Super Bowl 50, helmed by fellow Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning.

Basketball

  • NBA Teams: Denver Nuggets
  • Prominent College Basketball Teams: Air Force Falcons, Colorado Buffaloes

The Denver Nuggets have been around since the 1960s, but didn't win their first NBA championship title until 2023, thanks in large part to three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokić.

Hockey

  • NHL Teams: Colorado Avalanche

The Avalanche relocated from Quebec, Canada, to Colorado and instantly made an impact. They won the Stanley Cup Finals in their first year as a Colorado-based franchise and have gone on to win two more championships since then.

Baseball

  • MLB Teams: Colorado Rockies

The Rockies are a relatively new MLB franchise, playing their inaugural season in 1993. They've struggled in the NL West, but have made several postseason runs, advancing to the National League Division series in 2009 and 2018.

Soccer

  • MLS Teams: Colorado Rapids
  • NWSL Teams: Denver Summit FC

The Colorado Rapids joined Major League Soccer as a founding franchise in 1996. They were the runners-up in their second season and went on to win the MLS Cup in 2010.

The Denver Summit will join the Rapids in representing soccer in Colorado starting in 2026.

Golf

  • PGA Courses: Castle Pines Golf Club

In the past, the Jack Nicklaus-designed Castle Pines Golf Club has hosted the BMW Championship and The International on the PGA Tour.

Responsible Gambling with Colorado Sportsbooks

Colorado sportsbooks offer several responsible gambling programs for players who may need assistance with problem gambling. The state allows bettors to self-exclude from sports betting and all other forms of gambling for a specified period or permanently.

All Colorado sportsbooks allow bettors to set specific limits on deposits and wagers, as well as time spent on the online site.

Here are some helpful tips for sports bettors:

  • Only bet at licensed Colorado sites: Avoid offshore sportsbooks, which are not regulated by the state and are not required to protect your money or data.
  • Stick to a budget: Setting a reasonable budget and practicing proper money management make sports betting more enjoyable and reduce downside risk.
  • Read terms & conditions: Most promotions include some form of wagering requirement. Read the terms and conditions to understand precisely what is required to redeem all bonus money fully.
  • Do your research: Winning at sports betting is challenging. The best way to improve is through education. Learn what every bet means, and study trends, money management, and relevant stats.
  • Open multiple accounts: Signing up with numerous Colorado betting sites allows you to compare odds and extract the most value out of every wager. It will also enable you to claim welcome bonus offers from more than one sportsbook.
