The New Jersey Casino Control Commission oversees all gambling in the state, and the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), a branch of the commission, enforces the state's Casino Control Act for sports gambling in person and online.
The DGE issues casino-related licenses, audits casino operations in several places such as Atlantic City, tests gaming platforms, and investigates gambling-related crimes.
