FanDuel has become a multi-faceted online gaming company over the last few years. Today, FanDuel is much more than a company that offers daily fantasy sports and it offers online sports betting, online casino play, and even a way to bet on horse racing.

Still, though, FanDuel is one of the leading daily fantasy sports betting platforms and it offers a fantastic welcome bonus if you have yet to play daily fantasy sports with them.

Here, we will go over that offer, how to claim it, and how to use it to your benefit.

Fanduel DFS Promo: Get 2 FREE ENTRIES

The welcome bonus at FanDuel DFS will give a new player two free entries to contests. Of these two free entries, one will be for the NFL and the other for the NBA.

To earn these free entries, new players will only need to join one contest that has a fee of at least $5. After you do this, you will receive the two vouchers and you will be able to redeem them on your voucher page within 24 hours.

How to Claim the Fanduel DFS Promo for The Playoffs

  1. Download the FanDuel DFS app or visit the desktop site.
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Make a deposit of at least $5.
  4. Enroll in a contest that costs at least $5.
  5. Receive two free entry vouchers, one to the NFL, one to the NBA, within 24 hours.

Top NFL DFS picks for Bengals vs. Raiders

Heading into this Saturday’s Wild Card Weekend game, my top value play for the Wild Card NFL DFS slate is Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. At the conclusion of the regular season, Carr finished inside the top-five in passing yards in the league, throwing for more than 4,800 yards. However, Carr finished with just 23 passing touchdowns.

Going up against the Bengals who have a potent offense, this could turn into a shootout, similar to the Raiders game in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Chargers. In that game, Carr did not have the best statistical performance, but against the Bengals offense led by quarterback Joe Burrow, Carr will need to throw to keep pace, especially on the road.

The Bengals have a borderline Top-10 coverage unit on the season, according to Pro Football Focus, but Carr has shown his ability to pass when needed, topping 300 passing yards in a game six times this season, including one game where he finished four yards shy of 300 passing yards.

Carr’s price on FanDuel is $6,800.

Top NBA DFS picks for Milwaukee Bucks vs. Golden State Warriors

Looking into this game, the player I’ll be targeting on FanDuel for the Thursday, Jan. 13 NBA Daily Fantasy slate is Bucks SF/PF Jordan Nwora for $5,400. In his last outing, Nwora had 18 points with 12 of those points coming from 3-point range, and added one assist and two steals in 29 minutes.

The Bucks will be without George Hill again in this game and Nwora should flirt with 30 minutes once again. Going up against the Warriors is a tough matchup, but they’ll be without Draymond Green, a stalwart of their defense which could open up more shots for Nwora.

Why Play Fanduel Daily Fantasy?

With online sports betting being so popular and FanDuel also offering it, why would you play daily fantasy sports? Well, the first thing to point to is that DFS is available in almost every state in the United States while sports betting is not.

DFS is a totally different type of play and is more closely related to fantasy sports which are still wildly popular even with the emergence of sports betting. It’s a different way of playing that still requires a large amount of skill.
