NFL Renews DraftKings, FanDuel, Adds Fanatics Deal

The NFL has signed new multi-year sports betting partnerships with DraftKings and FanDuel and expanded its existing relationship with Fanatics Betting and Gaming, ahead of the 2026 season. The deals replace a prior arrangement that had also included Caesars as one of the league's three official sportsbook partners.

According to the NFL's own announcement, DraftKings and FanDuel, partners in the category since 2021, each signed new multi-year deals, while Fanatics Betting and Gaming signed a multi-year agreement that expands its existing relationship with the league beyond collectibles and official merchandise.

All three partners can now use NFL marks to promote online and retail sports betting, gain presence at events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, and access real-time official play-by-play data, Next Gen Stats and BetVision through Genius Sports, the league's exclusive data distribution partner.

DraftKings continues as the league's official daily fantasy sports partner, a role it has held since 2019, while Fanatics becomes the NFL's official online casino marketing partner, a new addition to its portfolio of league ties.

Integrity Commitments Attached To Every Deal

NFL executive vice president and chief revenue officer Renie Anderson said the league was thrilled to have three world-class partners in the category. "DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics share our vision for innovation and fan engagement, but most importantly, our commitment to protecting the integrity of the game," Anderson said.

All three operators agreed to the league's core game integrity policies, including restrictions on bets tied to officiating, injuries and outcomes that can be known in advance or manipulated by a single individual. Genius Sports monitors betting patterns in real time for signs of manipulation, and each NFL club has an integrity representative, typically a retired FBI agent or senior law enforcement official.

DraftKings chief marketing officer Stephanie Sherman said nothing compares to football season for the operator and its customers. FanDuel president Christian Genetski said the company was proud of what it had built with the league over five years. Fanatics Betting and Gaming chief executive Matt King said the expanded deal underscores the company's vision of becoming a single destination where fans can bet, play and engage with the NFL.

Despite its deep ties to licensed sportsbooks, the league has kept its distance from prediction markets, with commissioner Roger Goodell previously saying the NFL is not preparing to enter that category.
