Playtech Opens Live Casino Studio in Pennsylvania

Playtech announced the opening of its third Live Studio in the United States, this one located in Pennsylvania. The studio offers live casino experiences for players, where they can access and participate in VIP Blackjack and Roulette games through any legal PA online casino app.

Tri-State Rollout for Playtech

Pennsylvania is one of six states where online casinos with interactive table games and slot machines are regulated and legal (along with Pennsylvania, there’s Michigan, New Jersey, Connecticut, West Virginia, and Delaware).
Live Casinos Give Operators a Competitive Edge
In a competitive online casino market like Pennsylvania, with 21 operators currently, and $186.9 million in October iGaming revenue, Playtech’s announcement will give PA online casino operators even more of an edge.
Playtech said in a statement they will be expanding its game offerings in 2024. The Live Studio was soft launched Nov. 28 and will soon be running 24/7.
Playtech is headquartered in Douglas, Isle of Man, United Kingdom, operating in 19 countries, with over 7,300 employees.
In October, Playtech announced they had signed a deal with FanDuel to deliver Live Casino content on their Canadian platform.
