PokerStars is Offering 50% Discounts This Weekend

PokerStars is letting its players enter tournaments at a 50% discount this weekend.
The popular poker operator announced its new promotion, Half Price Sunday. PokerStars will be reducing the buy-ins in half for some of its biggest tournaments.
The tournaments with the discounted entry include Half Price Sunday Warm-Up ($15), Half Price Sunday Storm ($5), Half Price Sunday Special ($50), Half Price Sunday High Roller ($125) and Half Price Sunday Supersonic ($25).
To find these tournaments, register with PokerStars then open the PokerStars lobby and go to “Tourney.” Once there, search for “Half Price.” Users can also earn a seat at these tournaments through a range of satellites.
Players can also redeem a 100% reload bonus from now until Sunday. To redeem the bonus, users must deposit $30 or more and up to $500 by April 24. Players must use the bonus code “BOOST” to redeem the deposit match. After depositing, play real-money poker games to earn redemption points to have your bonus funds released to you.
PokerStars Launches PokerStars Exchange
PokerStars is giving its users a new way to play with its new peer-to-peer PokerStars Exchange sports betting platform.
PokerStars Exchange is available today at PokerStars.com and PokerStars.eu. The global community will now have immediate access to a large number of markets with the opportunity to buy and sell bets with customers around the world.

Since bets are placed against other customers, the exchange features better odds than a traditional sportsbook. Bettors can also wager on something to happen or an event not to happen. Players also can enter their own odds and see if another user will take the odds for the bet.
