Rollcard Debit Card Goes Live for US Bettors: Up to $1M in Daily Spend & 2x Cashback for New Users

Rollcard, a VISA-branded debit card built specifically for regulated US gaming transactions, is now live and accepting applications nationwide. The card is designed to solve a common pain point for high-volume bettors: declines, holds, and account flags from traditional banks that were never built to handle repeated, high-dollar gaming transactions.
Right now, Gambling.com members can apply and earn double cashback for their first 30 days. Learn more about this one-of-a-kind debit card, and get approved.
A Debit Card Built for Betting: How Rollcard Works

Unlike a standard consumer debit card, Rollcard connects to a dedicated deposit account held at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, insured up to $250,000 per depositor.
The card itself is restricted to point-of-sale transactions at licensed US sportsbooks, casinos, racebooks, daily fantasy platforms, and prediction markets, a narrower scope than a general-purpose debit card, but one that allows Rollcard to support significantly higher spending limits for the bettors it serves.
- Cardholders can spend up to $1,000,000 per business day across combined point-of-sale, ATM, and over-the-counter transactions
- $250,000 cap on any single transaction
- ACH withdrawals to a linked bank account are capped at $250,000 per business day
- ATM cash withdrawals to a linked bank account are capped at $2,000 per business day when using the physical card
- Funding is available exclusively via ACH transfers linked through Plaid. No cash, checks, wires, or mobile check deposits are accepted.
- Standard deposits generally credit within 1 to 3 business days, though same-day processing may be available depending on submission time and transfer size.
Rollcard Debit Card Sign-Up Offer: New Users Get Double Cashback
Rollcard is launching a cashback program with five spending tiers, ranging from 0.30% at the Standard tier (qualifying monthly spend of $500 to $2,500) to 0.55% at the Platinum tier (qualifying monthly spend above $100,000). Cashback is credited automatically to the card balance at the end of each calendar month, with a $500 minimum in qualifying spend required to earn anything and a standard $1,000 monthly cap.
New cardholders get a limited-time boost: cashback runs at double the standard tier rate for the first 30 days after signup, capped at $2,000, before the account transitions to its regular monthly cycle.

FAQs
Is Rollcard a credit card?
No. Rollcard is a VISA-branded debit card connected to a dedicated deposit account held at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, insured up to $250,000 per depositor. There is no credit line, no borrowing, and no cash advance feature. You can only spend funds you've already deposited via ACH, keeping your bankroll separate and predictable.
Is Rollcard legit?
Yes. Rollcard is built and operated by Rollcard LLC, a subsidiary of Grandstand Limited (Nasdaq: GRSD), Gambling.com's parent company. Deposits are held at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, insured up to $250,000 per depositor, and the debit card is issued by Cross River Bank under a Visa U.S.A. license.
Where can I use the Rollcard debit card?
The debit card works for point-of-sale purchases at licensed US casinos, sportsbooks, racebooks, daily fantasy platforms, and prediction markets, and for cash withdrawals at ATMs using the physical card. Specifically, it's restricted to merchants coded under gambling, casino, lottery, racing, daily fantasy, and a few related categories. It will not work as a general-purpose debit card.
How does Rollcard cashback work?
Rollcard pays cashback on qualifying spend across five tiers, from 0.30% up to 0.55%, based on your calendar-month spend total. New accounts also get a one-time 2x welcome window for the first 30 days, capped at $2,000. Cashback is not guaranteed, not interest-bearing, and not FDIC insured until credited.
Can I deposit cash or a check into Rollcard?
No. Funding is done exclusively through ACH transfers, with bank account linking handled securely through Plaid, and standard ACH deposits are generally credited to your Rollcard account within 1 to 3 business days. Paper checks, wire transfers, cash deposits, and mobile check deposits are not accepted funding methods.
What happens if my Rollcard is lost or stolen?
Freeze your card in the app or on the website, then contact Cardholder Support at support@rollcard.com or 1-800-207-4109. Reporting within 2 business days caps your liability at $50; after that, it can rise to $500. Fraudulent signature-based transactions are covered under VISA Zero Liability if reported within 60 days.
What happens to my cashback if I close my account?
Cashback only becomes yours once it's credited to your card balance at month's end; any uncredited cashback that would otherwise track toward that month's payout is forfeited if you close your account before the credit posts. Once cashback has been credited, it's part of your account balance and can be withdrawn like any other funds.
Does Rollcard charge a monthly fee?
No. There's no monthly account maintenance fee, and standard ACH deposits and withdrawals are free. Fees may apply to specific services, such as expedited card shipping or ATM use, but these are disclosed upfront; see the Deposit Account Agreement for the full fee schedule.
