The American Gambling Awards celebrate the outstanding work of the companies, organizations, executives and influencers working to responsibly grow the regulated online American casino and sports betting markets.

Leading up to the awards ceremony in November, Gambling.com is profiling the finalists.

Here are the finalists for Platform of the Year.

Kambi

Kambi is dedicated to offering a platform to operators that allows them to customize and differentiate, and to stay loyal to their branding.

This could come via a unique front-end through the Malta-based company’s open APIs, adapting odds to suit local markets, or providing operators with a menu of marketing options to allow them to acquire and retain players.

Kambi provides sports betting platforms for online and on-property on the retail side, seen through the Kambi kiosk, a key terminal-based component of what they offer.

Light & Wonder

A global leader in cross-platform games and entertainment, Light & Wonder has over 6,000 employees on six continents.

The company, based in Las Vegas, is dedicated to developing rich game experiences enjoyed by players around the world.

Light & Wonder delivered its second quarter 2023 results in August, reporting 20% year-over-year consolidated revenue growth, and nine consecutive quarters of consolidated revenue growth.

OpenBet

OpenBet is a leading content, platform and service provider in the sports betting industry, with a range of technology, content and services used by some of the world’s biggest sports-betting brands, lotteries, casinos and tribal operators in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Canada. The company also has a strong position in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

The London-based company’s systems handle billions of bets in fast time, across every sport and all markets.

As their CEO, Jordan Levin, has said, OpenBet is all about providing their customers with the most innovative solutions to give their fans the ultimate sports-betting experience.

Strive Gaming

What sets Strive Gaming apart is the wide integrations that it has with existing sportsbooks, content providers and vendors.

This allows the Vancouver-based company to get into the forefront of opportunities with customers, offering a full-service omni-channel iGaming platform that ensures the best end-user experience.

The company focuses on providing technology solutions, built specifically for the North American markets, so that the operators that use them become market leaders.

White Hat Studios

Created in 2021, White Hat Studios is a state-of-the-art iGaming platform that supplies its clients with a secure, scalable, flexible modular casino and sportsbook player account management solution.

White Hat Studio was created via the acquisition of an RGS, brand-and-gaming catalogue from Blueprint Gaming, one of Europe’s big iCasino content providers.

Content from Blueprint, Reel Time, Merkur and Lucksome Studios is offered by White Hat Studios to players in the U.S. market. The company has a staff of over 600 across five offices worldwide. It has 120 content providers and over 3,000 games.
