BetMGM Launches First-Ever NHL-Endorsed Online Slot Game

Maybe it’s a stretch, bringing pro hockey together with online slot games, but as the regulated iGaming industry grows so does the game variety. Soon players in Pennsylvania will have a new online slot game, endorsed by the National Hockey League.

BetMGM, one of the top Pennsylvania online casinos, made the announcement Friday, stating it will be launching NHL Gold Blitz in all states where it’s live.

NHL Gold Blitz comes out of BetMGM’s ongoing partnership with Digital Gaming Corporation’s B2B iGaming Division. The 6x4 video slot boasts 4,096 ways to win. The game showcases logos for all 32 NHL teams and the NHL shield. Players can skate through the action with the NHL Gold Blitz Instant Cash Collection, Wild Multiplier Free Spins, and other jackpot rewards.

Players Can Already Access NHL Casino Games

In 2022 BetMGM PA Casino launched NHL-branded casino games including roulette, blackjack and the live Money Wheel game, Dream Catcher. All games are available to players in Pennsylvania. Developed in partnership with Evolution, the games feature three-dimensional renderings and animations for a more immersive experience.

Each game features a 'go live' button, taking players onto the ice and directly into BetMGM's live dealer version of the same game.
