Coeur d'Alene Casino Names Nautice Pham CFO
Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, Idaho, has announced that Nautice Pham will serve as its new chief financial officer. Pham has worked at the property for 10 years, most recently as financial controller.
"When I came to the United States as a political refugee, I spoke very little English and had no idea where my career would eventually take me," said Pham, who came to the country from Vietnam.
"I certainly could not have imagined that decades later I would be serving as the chief financial officer of the Coeur d'Alene Casino."
Leadership Reaction
A certified public accountant, Pham began his career at Moss Adams, now Baker Tilly, where he worked on audits and taxes for clients including tribal governments and casino operators, before joining Coeur d'Alene Casino as its financial controller.
"Nautice has excelled throughout his time with us, and we expect more great things from him going forward," said Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel CEO Laura Penney.
"He has earned the position and will do wonderfully in it as he helps us be the best we can be." Pham credited mentors, including teachers who supported him while he was still learning English, for shaping his career.
