Delaware Casinos Hit The Jackpot As November Revenue Jumps More Than 30%
November was a phenomenal month for Delaware’s casino industry, as all three casinos posted revenue increases of at least 10% compared with November of the previous year.
Total gaming revenue for the month reached $44.4 million, representing a 28% increase year over year, according to the Delaware Lottery.
Delaware’s casino market continues to be driven by slot machine gaming.
Slot revenue climbed to $40.2m in November, a 34.1% increase compared with the same month last year.
Growth in table games was more modest but still positive, with revenue rising to approximately $4.2m, an increase of 3.3%.
Together, these figures indicate renewed momentum in the land-based gaming sector at a time when local casinos play a significant role in employment and tax generation.
The largest year-over-year gain came from Delaware Park Casino, located just outside Wilmington near the state’s largest population center.
The property generated $19.5m in total revenue, a 37% increase from November 2024.
Long the largest casino in the state, Delaware Park’s combination of racetrack, casino, sportsbook, and dining options continues to attract both local patrons and visitors from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
Harrington Casino recorded a 31.3% increase in revenue, totaling $10.8m, and finished second overall for the month.
Its location at the Delaware State Fairgrounds contributes to a loyal customer base, as well as seasonal spikes in traffic tied to fairs and racing events.

Most of the growth came from slot machines, which rose 33.7% to approximately $9.9m, while table games increased by 10%, or $919,000.
Bally’s Dover Casino Resort generated $14.1m in revenue for the month, reflecting a 21.6% increase.
Slot revenue climbed 27.3% to $13.3m, more than offsetting a 30.1% decline in table game revenue, which fell to $811,194.

Overall, Delaware’s casinos experienced steady consumer demand and a noticeable uptick in interest in in-person gaming throughout November.
Slot machines continue to account for the majority of revenue and remain the primary driver of the industry, even as table games contribute additional variety.
The broad-based gains across all three properties suggest renewed strength in the market, positioning Delaware’s casino sector for a solid close to 2025 if current trends continue.
