FanDuel Taps Lil Wayne For Boost Ad Campaign

Leading sportsbook FanDuel has debuted a new television commercial starring rapper Lil Wayne to promote its Profit Boost Tokens, part of a wider "Most Rewarding Season Ever" campaign for the 2026 NFL season.
The spot, titled "Little Boost," premiered on October 8, 2026, and marks Lil Wayne's first campaign appearance for the sportsbook operator.
A Visual Pitch For Boost Tokens
"We want this NFL season to be more rewarding for FanDuel customers with more choice and control over their experience," said Sam Polifka, Campaign Strategy Vice President at FanDuel.
"This creative extends that idea by imagining what a 'boost' could look like beyond the FanDuel app."
The commercial opens with a run of everyday moments exaggerated for comic effect: a fisherman's catch doubles in size, a crowded couch expands to fit three friends, and a soft pretzel grows before a fan can take a bite.
The ad then cuts to Lil Wayne in a recording studio, who delivers the line "Call me Medium Wayne" before a brief verse. "Football season is always a vibe, so teaming up with FanDuel for this one was fun. 'Little Boost' is quick, it's funny, and I had a good time bringing a little Weezy to the campaign," Lil Wayne said.
Boost Tokens And A New Loyalty Programme
Profit Boost Tokens let FanDuel customers increase the potential payout on eligible sports wagers by a set percentage without changing their original stake, and the operator controls maximum wager size and token expiry.
The campaign sits alongside the launch of FanDuel's Sportsbook Rewards Club, a points-based monthly loyalty programme the operator says gives customers more visibility and choice over their rewards.
"The campaign sets the tone for a more rewarding season, while Rewards Club is one way we deliver on that promise with an ongoing product experience," Polifka said.
Built For A Long NFL Run
"Little Boost" is one of several TV spots FanDuel plans to run through the NFL season highlighting different product features, developed with Arts & Letters Creative Co., the agency behind FanDuel's earlier "The Bar" and "Last Call for Football" campaigns.
The ad will run across television, streaming, social media and out-of-home placements for the remainder of the season.
FanDuel said Sportsbook recorded its biggest NFL regular-season Sunday ever by active customers in Week 1, a volume signal the operator is leaning on as it pushes the rewards-focused messaging further into the season.
