February Falls $1 Million Short of Breaking Monthly Revenue Record

New Jersey online casinos fell shy of breaking the all-time revenue record, recording $182.3 million compared to $183.3 million in January.
Of course, January had 31 days, whereas February had 29 days, thanks to the leap year. Still, their $182.3 million figure was a 28% year-over-year increase, and the year-to-date figure is already ahead of 2023 by 24%. Golden Nugget Atlantic City was the best online casino license in terms of revenue in February 2024, with nearly $51.5 million.

In all, New Jersey online casinos drew an exact figure of $182,334,796.
Golden Nugget, FanDuel, BetRivers, and Betway are licensed under the Golden Nugget license. The Resorts Digital license includes Resorts Casino, Mohegan Sun, PokerStars, and DraftKings.
Here’s how each license performed in some key metrics:
- Golden Nugget: 34.4% increase year-over-year
- Resorts Digital: 33.5% increase year-over-year
- Borgata: 0.7% increase year-over-year
- Hard Rock: 82.7% increase year-over-year
- Ocean: 59% increase year-over-year
- Ballys: 46.4% increase year-over-year
- Tropicana: 71% increase compared to last month
Of all the online casino licensees, only Caesars Interactive says a year-over-year decrease. The $5.6 million figure was a 32.8% drop from last year. With a “full slate of days” in March, it’ll be intriguing to see if they can top the $183.3 figure posted in January 2024.
