High Roller CEO Seth Young Says ROLR Prediction Market Will Launch In 2026

High Roller Technologies expects to launch its ROLR prediction market platform in the U.S. before the end of 2026, chief executive Seth Young told Gambling Insider in a Q&A.

Young said the company has cleared its main regulatory hurdle and is now finishing the technology needed to bring the product to market.

Launching This Year

“We'll be launching this year,” Young said. “We've had a target date in mind. We're on track for it. We just haven't put it out to market.”

He said High Roller hopes to announce an exact launch date “shortly,” and that most of the regulatory and technology groundwork behind ROLR is complete.

High Roller cleared its main regulatory step in June, when its subsidiary, ROLR US LLC, became a National Futures Association member and registered as an introducing broker.

That structure lets ROLR acquire and onboard customers without holding their funds directly; those functions sit with Crypto.com FCM, which also supplies the underlying trading infrastructure.

Why High Roller Chose The Introducing Broker Route

“We went this route so we didn't have to have the licensing process be a blocker for us to go live,” Young said.

On the product side, High Roller has signed a platform license and development agreement with DeepEther Labs, the company behind mrkts.com, to build the customer-facing ROLR app and its integrations with Crypto.com and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America.

The deal gives High Roller ownership of the ROLR app and broad rights to the underlying prediction market technology.

“The tech readiness is nearly there,” Young said. “We're in really the final throes at this point,” naming the App Store submission as the last major step, which he described as “tedious and difficult.”

Wider Pivot To Prediction Markets

High Roller is exclusive to Crypto.com in the U.S. for 24 months from April, though Young said that exclusivity does not extend internationally, leaving room for the company to pursue its own futures commission merchant, designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization registrations later.

The ROLR launch is part of a broader strategic shift outlined in High Roller's second-quarter results, with the company scaling back certain legacy activities to make prediction markets its central growth priority.

Young called the category “the biggest opportunity that I've seen in my 20-plus-year career.” Explore GDC's US sports betting coverage for how prediction markets compare with regulated sportsbooks.
