Novig Expands IC360 Partnership On Market Integrity

Novig has expanded its partnership with sports integrity firm IC360, adding technology aimed at insider trading, athlete harassment and self-exclusion on its prediction market exchange, an alternative to traditional US sportsbooks.
The two companies announced the deal on October 19, 2026. According to IC360's press release, Novig will use IC360 products across market surveillance, prohibited trading, national self-exclusion and athlete harassment.
Bad Actor Registry For Athlete Abuse
Novig is integrating IC360's ProhiTrade "Bad Actor" technology to help combat threats and harassment directed at athletes, coaches, referees and sports organizations.
Confirmed offenders and fraudsters are added to a centralized, encrypted registry shared across participating platforms in the Bad Actor network.
Signify, a provider of social media protection, is collaborating on the initiative. IC360 said this gives platforms visibility to identify these individuals and restrict trading privileges for users who break Novig's zero-tolerance policy against athlete abuse and violence.
Insider Trading And Self-Exclusion
ProhiTrade also lets Novig check its customer base against a secure, encrypted list of covered persons. That list includes athletes, coaches, officials and other stakeholders who are restricted from trading on specific markets. The aim is to stop people with inside information, or the ability to influence an outcome, from trading on restricted event contracts.
IC360's market surveillance and alerting engine, meanwhile, flags real-time anomalies and vulnerable or compromised markets using its dashboard technology and investigative team.
Novig is also one of two active exchanges using IC360's selfexclude.io, a cross-platform hub for self-exclusion. Users can start a cooling-off period that restricts their trading activity across participating prediction markets, which extends beyond a single platform.
For anyone who trades on sports markets, that is a practical safeguard: one request can apply across several participating platforms instead of having to be repeated on each. Novig's platform is 21+, and the company says it has written responsible trading standards into its exchange rulebook. Those cover product design, marketing and incentives, contract review, monitoring and detection, participant protections, and governance and accountability.
What The Companies Said
Scott Sadin, Co-CEO of IC360, said: "We are thrilled to have a partner like Novig who values integrity and compliance as much as we do. In adopting a full suite of our services, they are not only taking active steps to safeguard their users and platform, but elevating standards across the entire ecosystem."
Jacob Fortinsky, Co-Founder and CEO of Novig, said: "Sports markets only work if people trust them. That means keeping people with inside information from trading, giving users more control over their trading activity, and making clear that people who threaten or harass athletes shouldn't be able to trade on our platform."
The announcement did not say how many accounts have been flagged or restricted so far, and no figures on the registry's size were given.
Integrity controls are now a regular part of the debate around prediction markets, and how the tools perform in practice will matter to regulators and players alike. Follow more industry developments in our US gambling news section.
