PA January Jackpot Winnings Exceed $2 Million

Christmas may be a far-off memory, but the gifts keep coming as Pennsylvania players saw more than $2 million given out in jackpot winnings at several casinos across the state throughout the month of January.

Westmoreland County’s Live! Casino Pittsburgh saw more than its fair share of action as Stephen Mcrae of Somerset Township hit the $380,065 on a $5 hand on January 26 while playing ultimate Texas Hold 'em.

The winning hand was a royal flush with a 10 of hearts and jack of hearts, with a flop of the ace, king and queen of hearts.

Six-Figure Jackpot Won at Rivers Casino Philadelphia

Meantime, Rivers Casino Philadelphia reported another mega win on its PA online casino, right on January 1 and just in time for a lucky player to seriously celebrate the start of the new year. The hit happened on Ultimate Texas Hold ‘em with a Royal Flush that netted $263,978 in winnings. The winner was pictured on the casino’s official Instagram page holding a large cheque with the winnings, with the post also revealing that three of her table mates landed a $5,000 envy bonus.

Two Players Receive $80,000+ Winnings at Live! Casino Philadelphia

The lucky streak continued at Live! Casino Philadelphia, with several big winners announced on the casino’s Instagram page, totalling more than $420,000 in all. The two biggest winners cashed in $80,000 with a $1.00 bet on Spin Poker Deluxe and $71,622 on Lightning Cash.
