Retail casinos in Pennsylvania promise to bring in 2024 with a bang. Here’s a sampling of what’s going on around the state, if you plan to head out New Year’s Eve.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Racecourse
The casino and racetrack in Grantville has a full lineup of events and promotions. From 11 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, PENN Play Members will be selected at random to win $100 PENN SlotPlay every 20 minutes. At 12:30 a.m. one member will receive $2,024 PENN SlotPlay for every month in 2024. And from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, ten winners will be selected to spin the prize wheel and win up to $1,000 PENN SlotPlay.
Valley Forge Casino Resort
The casino in King of Prussia is a great place to go New Year’s Eve to bet on a full sked of NFL games in the property’s FanDuel Sportsbook on Sunday (Green Bay at Minnesota starts at 8:20 p.m. EST), with its 1,800 square feet of sports betting, seven betting windows, 27 television screens and two sports tickers.
Parx Casino
Parx is offering up a $100,000 New Year’s Ever Sweepstakes at their casino – 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. at Jax Bar. During that time, 25 guests will be randomly selected every hour to win $500 free slot play (200 total winners).
Wind Creek Bethlehem
On Saturday, four players at Wind Creek will be drawn at 7 p.m. to win $2,500 Slot FREE Play. On top of that one guest will walk away with the top prize – a 2023 Ford Bronco.

Rivers Casino Philadelphia has a $48,000 Gold Bar Giveaway planned for New Year’s Eve. The more players used their PA Casino Rewards through December the better chance they have to win. For every draw during the casino promo (Dec. 30, 31, 9 p.m., 10 p.m., 11 p.m.), four winners will share 24 troy ounces of gold bars.

There’s a $50,000 New Year’s Eve Mega Jackpot (beginning Saturday, at 10 p.m., play any eligible slot machine with the Live! Rewards card for a chance to win up to $50,000).
Harrah’s Philadelphia
Caesars Rewards members actively playing in the High Limit Room are eligible to win a share of $2,024 in Free Casino Play or 202,400 Reward Credits. Two seats will be drawn at 10 p.m. Three seats will be drawn every 15 minutes, totaling 20 winners.
Mohegan Pennsylvania
