Rush Street Interactive Q3 Revenue Jumps 39% To $385.9M

Rush Street Interactive grew third-quarter revenue 39% to $385.9 million, with profit rising faster than sales as the BetRivers owner kept its full-year guidance unchanged.

Net income reached $28.7 million, up 93% from $14.8 million a year earlier, according to the company's third quarter 2026 results.

Adjusted EBITDA climbed 73% to $62.2 million, and the operator reported a record quarter for monthly active users in North America.

Profit Outpaces Revenue

Revenue compared with $277.9 million in the third quarter of 2025. Over the first nine months of the year, revenue totaled $1.15 billion, up from $809.5 million, while net income rose to $84.2 million from $54.9 million.

Rush Street spent more on growth but kept costs in check. Sales and marketing expense on a reported basis rose to $56.0 million from $39.0 million, and the adjusted figure of $54.7 million was equal to 14.2% of revenue.

Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.15, compared with $0.09 a year ago.

Chief Executive Richard Schwartz said online casino remains the engine of the group's profitability and that the quarter showed the scale built into the business model.

Players And Markets

Monthly active users totaled 907,881, an increase of 42%. In North America, the figure was 300,572, up 34% and a quarterly record, while Latin America, which includes Mexico, grew 46% to 607,308.

Average revenue per monthly active user was $309 in North America and $58 in Latin America.

The gap shows how much of the group's value still comes from US online casino and sportsbook players, even as the Latin American player base is now twice as large.

Schwartz said revenue growth in Latin America remained strong and that customers who joined during the World Cup have kept playing across the product range.

In Alberta, where Rush Street launched more than three months ago, he expects a gradual ramp but sees opportunity in the new market.

Rush Street offers real-money online play in 15 US states, as well as in Ontario and Alberta, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, under the BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse, and RushBet brands.

Guidance And Balance Sheet

The company reiterated its outlook for 2026. Revenue is expected to land between $1.56 billion and $1.60 billion, representing growth of 38% to 41%.

Adjusted EBITDA is forecast at $245 million to $265 million, an increase of 59% to 72%.

The balance sheet strengthened over the period. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $381.9 million at the end of September, up from $336.3 million at the end of 2025.

Schwartz said the group enters the fourth quarter with flexibility to invest opportunistically in long-term growth.

How It Compares

Another US operator reported its own third quarter this week.

BetMGM reported 7% Q3 revenue growth and maintained its outlook, while Rush Street's 39% increase was driven by strong growth in Latin America.
