Virginia Lottery Further Diversifies Game Offerings with Fennica Deal

Virginia Lottery has made game diversification a priority going forward, and the launch of Fennica Gaming e-Instants is in line with that strategy.

Fennica, a subsidiary of the Finnish National Lottery, will offer its games to the Virginia market on the NeoPollard Interactive platform through U.S. aggregator EQL Games.

Virginia Lottery had added three of Fennica Gaming’s more popular e-Instants to its portfolio: Miner Jack’s Combo Caverns, Wobblyblobs, and Boulder Blast, featuring Match’EM and Blast’EM mechanics.

“As we wrap up four years of having iLottery, it is important for the Virginia Lottery to offer new types of e-Instant games to our players to continue growing our player base,” said Scott Kenyon, Deputy Executive Director of Marketing of the Virginia Lottery. “The unique games provided by Fennica Gaming offer us the opportunity to attract new players that are looking for casual gameplay and additional value in their experience.”

These types of games, with state-of-the-art graphics, interactive elements, and engaging storylines, are explicitly designed for mobile use, meaning on-demand entertainment for players in Virginia.

New Games Align with Virginia Lottery’s Vision

Cloud-based technology enables constant updates to games.
