G2 Digital Launches Vegas Club Casino In New Jersey

G2 Digital has launched Vegas Club Casino in New Jersey through a market-access partnership with Caesars Entertainment, becoming the 30th regulated online casino in one of the largest iGaming markets in the United States.

Who Is Behind Vegas Club Casino

Vegas Club Casino was launched by G2 Digital, a business-to-business platform for software and service providers founded by the industry veterans Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander. Both have long track records building and running gaming companies in the United States, and they have positioned G2 Digital as an operator and technology provider rather than a single brand.

The company has built Vegas Club around an old-school, player-first approach, pitching fair play and a clean, simple experience as the way it will stand out. In a market where the biggest names spend heavily to acquire customers, that positioning is a deliberate bet that some players want substance over constant promotion.

The Technology And Market-Access Deal

The site runs on White Hat Gaming's player account management platform under an exclusive technology deal. That system handles the accounts, payments and back-end operations behind Vegas Club, while market access is provided by Caesars Entertainment, whose New Jersey licence lets partner brands operate in the state.

Vegas Club is fully licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and is available to players aged 21 and over who are physically located in New Jersey.

They can sign up through the iOS and Android apps or on the web, with the geolocation and identity checks that the state requires.

A Record-Breaking New Jersey Market

Vegas Club arrives as New Jersey's online casino sector keeps breaking revenue records, with internet gaming climbing to new monthly highs through 2026.

Reaching 30 live sites shows how much room operators still see in the market, even as a handful of the biggest brands take most of the revenue.

For G2 Digital, New Jersey is the first move in a wider North American plan rather than a one-off launch. The next question is which regulated state the company targets once Vegas Club is established at home, and whether its fair-play pitch can win share from the incumbents.

What It Means For New Jersey Players

For players, Vegas Club adds another regulated choice in a state that already has more online casinos than anywhere else in the country. Every site licensed by the Division of Gaming Enforcement has to meet the same standards on player funds, responsible gambling tools and identity checks, so the real differences come down to game range, promotions and how fast withdrawals are paid.

G2 Digital is betting that a simpler, fair-play experience will win over players who feel underwhelmed by the biggest brands. Whether that is enough to build lasting market share in such a crowded field is the test the launch now faces. New customers must still pass the state's age and location checks before their first deposit, and their funds are held under the same rules that apply to every licensed operator in New Jersey.
