BetMGM Poker Launches ‘Summer Classic’ Series

BetMGM Poker announced Tuesday that its “Summer Classic” series, a headline poker offering, will run simultaneously from July 17 to 24 across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
The “Classic” will feature 25 events over eight days with more than $540k in guaranteed winnings.
“We’re excited to follow-up on the momentum we gathered in Las Vegas through this month’s online event, the Summer Classic,” Luke Staudenmaier, Director of Poker, BetMGM said in a news release. “The Classic, which spotlights America’s pastime, features buy-in levels and game variants for all players.”
Here is the schedule for each day of the series. However, the guarantees could vary by state.
July 17
- 5 p.m. ET: First Pitch PKO ($215 buy-in; $100 bounty)
- 6 p.m. ET: Wild Pitch PKO ($50 buy-in; $23 bounty)
- 7 p.m. ET: Extra Innings Turbo ($30 buy-in)
July 18
- 7 p.m. ET: Heads Up Derby 32-Max ($80 buy-in)
- 8 p.m. ET: Wild Pitch PKO ($50 buy-in; $23 bounty)
- 9 p.m. ET: Extra Innings Turbo ($30 buy-in)
July 19
- 7 p.m. ET: All Star Tuesday ($535 buy-in)
