On Friday night, the Los Angeles Dodgers are looking to bounce back from a Game 1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies in L.A.

The Phillies have hit left-handed starters quite well this season, and they were supposed to be facing Dodgers’ southpaw Clayton Kershaw tonight in the second of a four-game series.

Instead, Kershaw is out with a sacroiliac joint injury. Right-handed pitcher Walker Buehler will take the mound tonight for Los Angeles. He has a 1.96 ERA over 36.2 innings.

This game is one of several MLB betting opportunities on Friday night.

Moneyline Bet On Phillies Looks Promising

Phillies starting pitcher Kyle Gibson brings a 3-1 record into the game, with a 2.94 ERA over 33.2 innings pitched. He has given up only three home runs so far this season.

The Dodgers are a money-burning 14-20 on the moneyline, losing 18 units per unit wagered, when facing a starting pitcher who is allowing 0.5 or fewer home runs per game over the last two seasons. That is the case with Gibson.

For that reason, I’m taking the Phillies in Game 2 on Friday night on the moneyline at +200 or better, as offered at the BetMGM Sportsbook.

Pizza Money Best Bets for Friday

1. I like a bet on the Texas Rangers' Corey Seager hitting a home run, at +210 as offered at BetMGM Sportsbook.

2.I like a bet that both the Phillies and the Dodgers will score 4 or more runs, at +250 as offered at BetMGM Sportsbook.

3. I like betting Oakland’s Daulton Jefferies Over 3.5 strikeouts, at -160 as offered at DraftKings Sportsbook.
