We’ll give you betting advice for Major League Soccer games throughout the season.

We’ve used the data from around MLS and examined the latest odds for the upcoming games to see what the most statistically-backed outcomes are set to be for the weekend games.

FC Dallas vs. Houston Dynamo: Both Teams to Score and Houston to Win (42.9%), +750 FanDuel Sportsbook

Houston Dynamo has had an excellent start to the 2022 season and sits four points off the top of the table with three wins so far. It has scored 10 goals and let in seven, and seen both teams score in all eight matches, besides the 0-0 ties with Real Salt Lake and Portland Timbers.

In 42.9% of Dynamo games this season, it has seen both teams score and get the victory at the same time, and against an FC Dallas side right near it in the table, it will need the likes of Sebastian Ferreira on top form for this one.

Philadelphia vs. Montreal: Gazdag to Score Anytime (57.1%), +170 BetMGM

It’s been a wonderful start to the season for Philadelphia Union, as it leads the Eastern Conference with five wins and 11 goals scored in seven games.

Daniel Gazdag has been in excellent form with four goals, putting him at a rate of 57.1% to score anytime across the season so far.

Gazdag and the Union clash with Montreal, which has let in 16 goals so far, and the Hungarian will fancy himself to get another here against the league’s worst defense.

LA Galaxy vs. Nashville: Hernandez to Score First and the Galaxy to Win (57.1%), +400 BetMGM

LA Galaxy will take on Nashville this weekend in California with the club looking to keep the pressure on its city rivals, Los Angeles FC. It will head in with four straight wins and it was only two weeks ago that it beat LAFC 2-1 at home.

Mexican legend, Javier Hernandez, scored first once again in that game and has now netted the first goal in 57.1% of matches this season. The Galaxy superstar has scored five goals in total from seven fixtures, with four of the five being the first in a game.

Against a Nashville side that has allowed eight goals and won three of its seven games, Hernandez will be expected to score once again.

SJ Earthquakes vs. Seattle Sounders: Over 3.5 Goals (46.2%), +182 FanDuel

The San Jose Earthquakes will welcome the Seattle Sounders to California this weekend as two of the most underwhelming sides meet. The Sounders have been awful compared to their usual standards, and they’ve scored six goals and given up seven.

On the other hand, the Quakes have given up 17 goals, most in the league, and scored 11. In fact, they have been involved in so many goals that 71.4% of their games have seen over 3.5 goals come in, with the combined fixtures between the two seeing 46.2% of matches witness over 3.5 goals.

Now, with the Sounders in desperate need to get all three points to get closer to the playoffs, goals are expected once again in California.
