After some midweek madness, we’re back with our MLS picks for the weekend ahead of game week 14.

Montreal (+400) at New York Red Bulls (-140)

New York Red Bulls predictably played out a goalless tie against Toronto on Wednesday, but it did beat New York City last weekend. It means just one loss in the past five games for the Red Bulls, although it has already lost to Montreal this season.

Montreal has won five games this year, all of which came in a row before its loss to Cincinnati on Wednesday.

A tie is +245 with DraftKings

New England Revolution (+255) at Philadelphia Union (-105)

Second meets sixth in the Eastern Conference this weekend, as New England Revolution sit six points ahead of last season's Eastern Conference winners, Philadelphia Union.

The Union have not lost a game in 90 minutes since a loss to Cincinnati at the start of April, and it has certainly turned a corner after a worrying start.

The Revs were stunned 2-1 by Inter Miami on Wednesday, and we think Philadelphia could get another excellent result here.

Philadelphia to win and under 2.5 match goals is +350 with Caesars

Columbus Crew (+265) at Cincinnati (-155)

Cincinnati is still top of the overall table after a 3-0 win over Montreal and it has now won eight of its 12 games.

Columbus Crew has still been excellent in its own way, scoring 23 times from just 12 games. In fact, it’s only failed to score in one game all year long, so even though Cincinnati should win, the Crew should also score.

Cincinnati to win and both teams to score is +240 with Unibet

LA Galaxy (+220) at D.C. United (+105)

After another loss, LA Galaxy has moved back to last place in the Western Conference and it continues to put on record its worst-ever start to an MLS season.

D.C. United continues to be up and down this year after a 0-0 tie with Philadelphia. It has also scored as many goals (16) as it has conceded.

It’s a tough one to call, but we give the edge to D.C. after the Galaxy let in its 20th goal from just 12 games against Columbus.

D.C. United to win and under 2.5 goals is +390 with FanDuel

Nashville (+180) at Charlotte (+140)

The sportsbooks have this as the toughest game to call, but we give the edge to Nashville.

After letting in just one goal in its 2-1 win over Miami, Nashville has conceded the fewest goals in MLS this year with just eight going in.

On the other hand, Charlotte has let in the most with 23.

Nashville to win, Hany Mukhtar to score anytime and under 2.5 goals is +850 with Unibet

Orlando City (+205) at Inter Miami (+125)

Inter Miami and Orlando City are next to each other in the Eastern Conference ahead of this Florida derby.

Miami is also yet to tie a game this year after losing seven and winning five. On the other hand, Orlando has four ties, four wins and four losses already.

It’s a tough one to call following on from Miami’s excellent win over New England last weekend, so we’re going for a tie.

A 1-1 tie is +425 with BetMGM

Houston Dynamo (+320) at Dallas (-130)

Another Texas derby sees Houston at Dallas after two contrasting first 12 games in MLS.

Dallas is third in the Western Conference and seven points ahead of Houston. The Dynamo has also scored only 10 times and conceded 10 goals too, and all four of Houston's wins have been at home.

Dallas is an easy pick here.

Dallas to win and score over 1.5 goals and Jesus Ferreira to score anytime is +185 with DraftKings

Atlanta United (+200) Chicago Fire (+125)

Atlanta United returned to the win column in style on Wednesday after a 4-0 victory over Colorado Rapids.

It means it's now scored 25 goals this year and sits above Chicago Fire by seven points. The Fire has also let in 18 goals and lost to Charlotte on Wednesday.

Both teams to score, Atlanta to win and Thiago Almada to score anytime is +600 with Unibet

Toronto (+270) at Austin (-110)

Austin stunned Seattle on Wednesday in a 2-1 win that saw it lead 2-0 after 60 minutes.

Toronto also tied 0-0 with New York Red Bulls and now remains in last place as a result.

Although it has had a poor start to 2023, Austin has now lost only one of its past five games and is edging closer to the playoff spots.

Austin to win 2-0 is +750 with Caesars

Real Salt Lake (+270) at Colorado Rapids (-115)

Colorado and Real Salt Lake are set to meet twice within the next week, but before that U.S Open Cup battle on Wednesday, the two will try and edge closer to the top seven in the Western Conference.

Both have scored just 10 goals in MLS so far and collected 12 points each. At the same time, Colorado's midweek 4-0 loss now means it has let in 18 goals - only RSL has conceded more in the Western division.

Ultimately, it points to a score tie.

A tie and both teams to score is +320 with FanDuel

Minnesota United (+270) at Portland Timbers (-115)

Portland Timbers tied 0-0 with Real Salt Lake on Wednesday and this came just seven days on from losing to it in a thrilling 4-3 Open Cup battle.

The Timbers have lost just one game at home in MLS and have also beaten Seattle 4-1 on their own turf this year.

Minnesota, despite sitting seventh, has scored only 11 times this season and lost five games, and it likely loses again here.

Portland to win, over 2.5 goals and over 4.5 corners is +370 with DraftKings

Seattle Sounders (+205) at Vancouver Whitecaps (+125)

Seattle Sounders lost for the second home game in a row on Wednesday, as Austin beat it 2-1. It still sits top of the Western Conference and it also became the first team to score and win at Houston last weekend.

Vancouver Whitecaps has also let in five goals in its past two games and lost them both too.

Seattle to win, over 2.5 goals and Fredy Montero to score anytime is +625 with FanDuel

San Jose Earthquakes (+550) at Los Angeles (-240)

Arguably the easiest game to call this weekend sees San Jose Earthquakes at Los Angeles.

On one hand, the Quakes have already beaten LAFC this year, but on the other hand, this was its only loss of the year.

LAFC has also scored 21 times and let in just nine goals in the 2023 MLS season.

LAFC to win 3-0 is +800 with DraftKings
