In the Premier League's game week 13, Graham Potter takes a trip back to Brighton just two months after leaving, while Liverpool play host to Leeds United in an enticing battle.

Following are our Premier League picks.

Game of the Week

Leeds United +800 at Liverpool -340

This matchup rarely disappoints. For years, Leeds United and Liverpool had thrilling battles in the Premier League, before United was relegated in 2005. Both now are in the top tier of the third consecutive season, and their rivalry remains strong.

Liverpool hammered Leeds 6-0 last season at home and 3-0 at Elland Road. They played to a draw the previous year and a 4-3 result previously. With this in mind, we expect goals, even more so because Liverpool is in eighth place and Leeds is now in the relegation zone. In fact, reports suggest Jesse Marsch could be fired if his team doesn’t start winning games.

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp’s job is certainly safe, but after losing 1-0 to Nottingham Forest last week, Liverpool must win to get near the top four before the World Cup.

Liverpool to win 3-0 is +950 with FanDuel.

Best Bet of the Week

Chelsea +145 at Brighton & Hove Albion +190

Graham Potter heads back to the place where he made a name for himself as Chelsea meets Brighton & Hove Albion. The Englishman started the season in style with the Seagulls before moving to Stamford Bridge, which is in ninth place in the Premier League with 15 goals scored and 14 conceded.

Now at Chelsea, Potter has not lost in his nine games in charge, and it doesn’t look like a loss is coming anytime soon. His team did tie with Manchester United last weekend, but with a 2-1 victory over RB Salzburg in the Champions League, it is in the knockout rounds in that competition.

Chelsea is looking sensational with Potter. He likely will extend his winning streak with Chelsea, which began Sept. 4, to 10 games.

Chelsea to win 2-0 is +1200 with FanDuel.

Team of Last Week

Leicester City

Leicester City is out of the relegation zone after a stunning 4-0 thrashing of Wolverhampton. Four players scored for Leicester: Harvey Barnes, James Maddison, Youri Tielemans and Jamie Vardy.

Leicester City scored two goals in the first 20 minutes of the first half, and the second two in the first 30 minutes of the second half. Leicester only had four shots on target 39% possession, making its performance one of the most clinical of the Premier League season.

Leicester to beat Man City 1-0 is +3300 with FanDuel.

Player of Last Week

Danny Ings, Aston Villa

Danny Ings has had a tough start to the new Premier League campaign, but he tallied two goals in a win over Brentford, both in the first 10 minutes. Ings had just one Premier League goal in 10 games before that.

His first goal was an excellent finish, and the other was a well-shot penalty. Moreover, nobody scored more in the Premier League last weekend, which was one of the lowest-scoring of the 2022-23 season.

Danny Ings to score first against Newcastle United is +800 with FanDuel.

Hardest Game to Call

Everton +210 at Fulham +130

Everton has moved up to 12th place in the Premier League after a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace and is within five points of Fulham, which is in seventh. Everton has won three games compared with Fulham's five, but with Fulham letting in 22 goals and scoring the same number, it is a tricky team to predict.

Fulham is on a three-game unbeaten run after defeating Leeds 3-2 in its last game and Villa 3-0 before that.

The game is incredibly tough to call, but we expect a narrow Fulham win.

Fulham is +850 to beat Everton 1-0 with DraftKings.
