BetMakers Technology Group and Monmouth Park Team Up for $1 Million Bonus

Monmouth Park and BetMakers Technology Group have announced they will partner again as sponsors for the $1 million “BetMakers Bonanza” Bonus.
How to Win
To get the $1 million bonus, the horse you select will need to win the TVG.com Haskell Stakes at Monmouth on July 23, the Travers Stakes, and the Breeders’ Cup Classic.
This will be the third year Monmouth and BetMakers offer this bonus. During the altered racing schedule in 2021, Authentic earned the $1 million prize.
Back then, Authentic won the Haskell Stakes, the Kentucky Derby — rescheduled from May to September 5 — and the Breeders’ Cup while taking home the Horse of the Year accolade.
“BetMakers has been a great partner for Monmouth Park, and we’re pleased to be able to offer the BetMakers Bonanza bonus for a third straight year,” said Dennis Drazin, the chairman, and CEO of Darby Development, LLC, the operators of Monmouth Park.
Fixed Odds in New Jersey
Previously, BetMakers, an Australian-based company, teamed with Monmouth Park to allow for fixed odds wagering on the Jersey Shore.
This made it the only racetrack in the United States to offer this wagering, which gives you odds at the time of your wager.
“It’s great to continue to support creative initiatives from Monmouth Park as Monmouth Park continues to innovate in the racing space,” Dallas Baker, the head of International Operations for BetMakers, said in a news release. “It’s been a big year for the Monmouth Park-BetMakers partnership with the massive new infield board that has proven to be quite popular, Fixed Odds betting up and running, and new betting terminals being rolled out. Hopefully, we can see the bonus handed out again, just like when Authentic earned it in 2021.”
Events Schedule
Here is when each of these events will take place:
- Haskell Stakes: July 23
- Travers Stakes at Saratoga: Aug. 27
- Breeders Cup at Keeneland: Nov. 5
The Haskell Stakes, a Grade 1 race, is considered the centerpiece of the Monmouth Park meet, and this will be the 55th time it is contested.
This race will also offer the inducement as a “Win and You’re In Classic Division” reward for the Breeders’ Cup Classic.
