After a break in action because of the FA Cup, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur meet in the Premier League over in north London in what could end up being the biggest game of the season for both teams.

Should City lose, it’s hard to see how it goes on and beats Arsenal to the title. Should Tottenham register a defeat, it could fall too far behind in the race for the Champions League spots.

There’s a lot on the line and some mouthwatering matchups across the field. Here are our betting picks.

Harry Kane to Score Anytime

Although City is the favorite to win in London this Sunday, Tottenham’s head coach, Antonio Conte, does have a fantastic record against Pep Guardiola. In the five meetings between the two, there have been no ties, with Conte winning three games compared to Guardiola's two.

This 3-2 advantage for the Italian comes from Harry Kane’s heroics at the Etihad last year. Kane assisted the opening goal for Spurs in February of last season, before he scored two goals of his own to win the game 3-2 - Kane’s second goal came with just seconds left on the clock.

The England captain has three assists and four goals against City from 15 games and because of the sensational form of City's star striker, Erling Haaland, it's easy to forget that Kane has 16 goals of his own from 21 games in the Premier League so far.

Harry Kane to score anytime is +170 with FanDuel.

Manchester City to win 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1

On the other hand to Conte’s excellent record against Guardiola, City beat the Spurs just two weeks ago in the Premier League. Worse yet for the Lilywhites, they were leading 2-0 at halftime and went on to lose the game 4-2 after a goal each from Haaland and Julian Alvarez, just before Riyad Mahrez scored twice.

Tottenham went on to win its next two games, but so did City. It defeated the Wolverhampton Wanderers in a comfortable 3-0 win just four days after beating Spurs and then went on to beat the Premier League leaders in the FA Cup.

Tottenham has had a good record against City since Guardiola joined the club in 2016. What’s more, we anticipate the Spurs scoring at home this weekend, but City’s eagerness to win to stay hot on the heels of Arsenal should be enough to get it over the line here.

Manchester City to win 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1 is +340 with FanDuel.

Riyad Mahrez to Score Anytime

It was a thrilling encounter between these two sides just two weeks ago, as Mahrez stole the show.

The Algerian scored with a clever finish in the 63rd minute, before tapping in his second and City’s fourth that day in the 90th minute. In fact, from 18 games against Tottenham, Mahrez has scored seven goals and he has only ever scored more against Burnley (8) in English football.

The 31-year-old has 10 goals this season and only Haaland has more for City. We expect Mahrez to score again this weekend.

Riyad Mahrez to score anytime is +190 with FanDuel.
